Utterly useless. They won't exist in a few years time with such appalling customer service. No answer to emails, no telephone numbers, no online support and they couldn't care less. The boss of this company should hang their head in shame at the appalling shambles they oversee. Just read the reviews here. No one has anything good to say about them.
